Become a Vendor

Hapeville Main Street invites craft, artisan, maker, and creative vendors to apply to participate in the Butterfly Lantern Parade. We are seeking vendors whose products and displays complement the whimsical nature of the event. Preference will be given to vendors with set-ups that align with a butterfly, nature, or springtime floral theme. Ideal vendors include handmade goods, art, crafts, specialty items, and creative merchandise that appeal to families and all ages.

There is a $75 vendor fee to participate. Each vendor will be assigned a 10x10 space. 

Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee participation in the event. All applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be selected based on fit, space availability, and overall event balance. You will receive correspondence from City of Hapeville staff to confirm or deny your application status.
