What does it mean to be a Main Street city?

As a designated Main Street city since 2003, Hapeville receives technical assistance and resources from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA), Georgia Main Street, and Main Street America with the goal of revitalizing our downtown.

We are guided by the 4 step approach: Economic Vitality, Promotion, Design, and Organization.
