Gallery Crawl Application

Hapeville’s Gallery Crawl brings local artists and Main Street businesses together for an evening celebrating art, creativity, and community.

Selected artists will be paired with a local business and will transform the space into a solo-style exhibition for the evening. Visitors will be encouraged to explore each location, meet the artists, and experience a variety of artwork throughout Downtown Hapeville. The event will also feature live music and entertainment along the route.

Artists are responsible for managing their own artwork sales and will keep 100% of all sales proceeds.

Event Commitment

All selected artists are required to:

  • Be present for the entire Gallery Crawl from 4:00–8:00 PM.

  • Arrive with enough time to complete setup before the event begins.

  • Manage their own artwork, display, and sales.

  • Handle all transactions directly with customers.

  • Keep 100% of their sales proceeds.

  • Leave the space clean and return it to its original condition following the event.
